Palmetto Dunes Golf
There are three world-famous golf courses within plantation gates. In fact, these courses offer the best golfing in Hilton Head, and one of the best golfing experiences in all of South Carolina.

The best course in "PD" is the par-72 Arthur Hills Golf Course. Rated a 4.5 out of five stars in the Fodor Golf Digest, players are treated like royalty when they play on this course.

The most memorable holes on the course are the last three, which are holes you simply will not forget playing.

The scenery for all of the courses is breathtaking. With creeks and lagoons winding throughout the courses and rows of palmetto trees lining the through ways, every shot offers a new and unique view. You might even want to bring your camera with you so you can capture the beauty of the course.
George Fazio Golf Course received a four star rating in Fodor Digest. This course is par-70 with multiple extended par-4 holes. The course is challenging and exciting as you work past bunkers and water hazards. George Fazio is considered the most challenging of the three courses.

Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course was newly renovated in 2002. It was chosen within a year after the renovation, as the pick of the month in Golf Magazine. As the name implies, the course offers breathtaking views of the ocean including the premiere hole, #10. There are 18 holes on this par-72 course though Robert Trent Jones is an official short course.
