You must drive or take a regularly running shuttle since its too long to walk there.
Marriott Harbour Pointe And Sunset Pointe in Shelter Cove (just down the street from The Disney Resort) Is another well-kept and fun spot. The rooms are nice and the views are peaceful and excellent…plus you’re right on the marina with very great pools, bike rentals and more.
Top South Island Choices:
Marriott's Heritage Club and Harbour Club is located deep into Sea Pines at Harbourtown. It's a first class spot with fast access to the Habourtown Marina and all it's restuarants, bars and shops. Its right on the sound with great views and golf, tennis, biking and pool nearby - but it is a bit of a trip to hit the beach at this Hilton Head vacation rental.
Shorewood Villas on South Forest Beach Dr. has niced-sized rooms and sprawling pool and hot-tub area. It's right on a prime spot of beach - a great oceanside resort on Hilton Head.
Sea Crest Villas on North Forest Beach Rd. is situated at what is possibly the best location on Hilton Head. Its a newer and very well-kept Hilton Head vacation rental. Its also adjacent to Coligny Beach, Coligny Shopping Center and The Beach Market. With all these shops, restaurants, bars, the beach & a great pool, you may not even need a car to enjoy yourself here.

Marriott Barony Beach Club is a great facility. We made it a point to walk the grounds of the Barony more than a few times and our impression is always the same - wow! This is one of Hilton Head’s newer vacation rentals and everything is impeccable. Spacious rooms & very nice pools and it’s all right next to the beach and the Westin Hotel.
